POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT
We do not use cages and new our salon offers more space with an area for socialisation, play, relaxing or napping. We have plenty of treats available and use fun distraction methods to complete grooms with care.
We try to accommodate each pets individual needs and offer solo grooming days for pets who find grooming a little overwhelming or are reactive with others.
QUALIFIED AND INSURED
All of our groomers hold an Ofqual regulated level 3 qualification. We also hold First Aid and Emergency Care certificates along with further education in skin and coat health, dental care and working with senior pets.
It is not currently a requirement to have received training to groom pets, but we know that any pet lover would want their companions in the best hands.
WELFARE FOCUSED
We focus on ensuring your pets groom is enjoyable and their welfare will always come first. Our salon is equipped with professional and regularly maintained equipment, air conditioning and heating for your pets comfort. We are members of the Pet Industry Federation and British Dog Grooming Association adhering to the highest standards of animal welfare and customer service.
